ChronaLife ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

We designed ChronaLife with privacy in mind. The vast majority of your game data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

Information We Collect

Leaderboard Data (Optional)

If you choose to participate in our leaderboards, we collect:

• A unique user identifier (anonymous)
• Character name (chosen by you)
• Game scores and achievements
• Score metadata (e.g., how the score was achieved)

This data is used solely to display public leaderboards and compare your progress with other players.

Analytics Data

We use analytics software to understand how players use our app. This helps us improve the game experience. Analytics data may include:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage patterns (screens visited, features used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• General geographic region (country level)

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not use it to personally identify you.

AI Features

ChronaLife uses AI-powered features (powered by Cerebras inference) for certain in-game interactions such as character conversations.

Important: We do not store AI conversation data on our servers. AI requests are processed in real-time and are not logged, saved, or used for training purposes.

What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• Your real name, email, or contact information
• Your location (precise GPS data)
• Your contacts or phone data
• Payment or financial information
• Your game save data (stored locally on your device only)
• AI conversation content or history

Data Storage & Security

Leaderboard data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Your game progress, characters, and all gameplay data are stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly participate in leaderboards.

Third-Party Services

Our app may use the following third-party services:

• Analytics providers: To understand app usage
• Cerebras: For AI inference (no data stored)
• App stores: Apple App Store and Google Play Store for distribution

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your leaderboard data
• Opt out of analytics collection (via device settings)
• Request information about what data we have about you

Children's Privacy

ChronaLife is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
