By downloading, installing, or using ChronaLife ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ChronaLife is a life simulation game for entertainment purposes. The App allows you to create virtual characters and experience simulated life scenarios including careers, relationships, financial decisions, and other activities.

User Conduct

When using ChronaLife, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Not upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content to leaderboards
• Not use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

Leaderboards

If you participate in our leaderboards:

• You grant us permission to display your character name and scores publicly
• You agree to use appropriate, non-offensive character names
• We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entries that violate these terms
• We may reset leaderboards at any time without prior notice

AI Features

ChronaLife uses AI-powered features for certain interactions. You understand that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI features are for entertainment and should not be relied upon for real-world advice
• We are not responsible for any AI-generated content within the game

Intellectual Property

ChronaLife and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes any loss of data, including game save files stored on your device.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChronaLife. Some content in the App may be more suitable for mature audiences. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination
